Summer Medical and Dental Education Program (SMDEP)
Purpose: To provide structured review for medical students in preparation for re-examinations to remove deficiencies in basic science courses.
Program: Faculty and medical student tutors run scheduled review sessions in summer. Re- examination is prepared and administered by faculty. Attendance is required.
Participants: First and second year medical students with unsatisfactory grades in one or two courses during the previous academic year.
